El Reno Blitz Build
Our most recent home completed in El Reno on May 1 is absolutely beautiful! Thank you to all our gracious, faithful El Reno friends and our outstanding AmeriCorps volunteers for helping make this, our eighth El Reno home possible for Steven and Marie D. and their family. The two-week blitz build went smoothly, even considering a wet day or two, and we hope everyone involved had a fantastic time.
Steven and Marie D. and their four children accepted the keys to their new lives as homeowners on Saturday, May 1, in a special ceremony and couldn’t be happier! Many thanks to King Electric, Brakefield Plumbing, Michael Yost, and The City of El Reno for their generous contributions to this project, and to all others who participated.
It’s amazing what we can all do together that we could never do apart!
