Team Leaders are a liaison between the site supervisor and the volunteers and are very important on the construction site.  A Team Leader is someone who is able to lead a small group in their day’s tasks.  A Team Leader must be able to work well with others.  The objectives of the team leader are site safety, volunteer involvement and enjoyment, and job completion.
