Financial for Lutherans

and Central Oklahoma

Habitat for Humanity to

build their third quality,

affordable new home for

a hard working limited

income family in as many

years.

 

Michele B. is the single mother of three children, Jeremiah, 15, Noah, 7, and Hannah, 4, and works for a book and sign shop as a manager.  She and her children have had to make several moves in recent years, and they all need stability and security in their lives.  Michele grew up in a small southwest Oklahoma town, going to the same school and living close to extended family and friends.  She dreamed of that kind of stability for her children, of their having friends to grow up and build memories with instead of having to worry when they will move again.  "I want them to have the confidence of knowing that we have a place to call home for a very long time."

 

Thanks to the kindness and generosity of Thrivent and all our Lutheran partners, we have been able to offer this hard working, responsible family an opportunity for a more stable, secure life in a home of their own!
