The first day of spring — the earth’s season of renewal — begins this month on March 20, 2026. At Habitat’s Critical Home Repair program, we believe strategic renewal starts in the home. That’s why we’re stepping in to help two local homeowners complete essential repairs that will make their homes safer, stronger and more secure. These vital improvements allow our CHR families to remain in the houses and neighborhoods they cherish.

But we can’t do this work alone. It takes you — our dedicated volunteers — people willing to show up, pick up a hammer or paintbrush and give a few hours to make a real difference.
