OKLAHOMA CITY – Oklahoma City native David Zeeck is Central Oklahoma Habitat for Humanity’s new Family Services administrator. He now manages the affiliate’s procedures for selecting Habitat’s homeowner families, selling homes and implementing Habitat’s ongoing support programs for homeowners.

A Casady School graduate, Zeeck is the son of a schoolteacher and a property management company owner. He earned a bachelor’s in film studies from the University of Kansas in 1995. He’s an accredited residential manager, buyer representative and a licensed real estate broker. Past positions include assistant director of commercial real estate for the Commissioners of the Land Office for Oklahoma, vice president of operations for Spectrum Management Service and broker and owner of Dwellings Real Estate and Investments, LLC.

Before those positions, Zeeck co-owned and operated Dwellings, LLC, served as vice president of project revenue and acquisitions for Globe Capital Rehab Lending, and has experience in a variety of real estate and banking-related positions, including as a loan specialist, title specialist and closer, escrow assistant and property manager.

As a longtime business owner, manager, and real estate professional, Zeeck said his background involves complex business processes and procedures that he believes will help him in his new position at Habitat.

“I like the idea of being involved in the process and having order and structure, as well as being able to look back and see the concrete results of what you do,” Zeeck said. “I also hope to get more banks involved with Habitat. Central Oklahoma Habitat is doing a great service and improving Oklahoma City, and I like that our future homeowners are invested and educated in homeownership.”

Zeeck is married to Leslie Blair. They live in the historic Crestwood neighborhood in Oklahoma City and are raising 5-year-old twins – a girl named Mattie Ann and a boy named Brady Stradley.
