Response And Recovery Efforts
Central Oklahoma Habitat for Humanity is here to help with long-term recovery efforts after disasters that affect our citizens on the local level.
Central Oklahoma Habitat for Humanity pledged on the day of the first tornado in May 2013 to be here for the long-term rebuilding effort and to families and the community get back on their feet. Central Oklahoma Habitat still stands by our initial commitment to respond in the aftermath of future disasters.
We Need Volunteers and Donations
Check our Online Volunteer Hub for any open needs. We will regularly activate shifts for support volunteers when a disaster response is triggered.
We also graciously accept donations. All Central Oklahoma Habitat donations are tax-deductible, as allowed by law, and will be acknowledged with a letter you may use for tax purposes. We take our responsibility to contributors and partner families seriously, and all donations go directly toward the building of homes, unless otherwise specified. Donations for Disaster Relief can be specifically requested in the donation form. For all determinations of value and/or tax benefit, consult your legal and/or tax professional. If you prefer sending a check, please print and complete our donation form.
