Local Dental Assistant and Son to Celebrate New Home

Adrieanna R., a dental assistant, and her son, Noel, 9, celebrated the dedication of their new Habitat home on March 20, 2025, at Cornerstone Creek. A single mother, Adrieanna wrote in her Habitat application that she sought a permanent home to provide Noel with “his own space and yard to play in and grow up in a great neighborhood.”

She credits Habitat for teaching her valuable skills and connecting her with a supportive community.

“Having our own home allows me to mold and shape Noel into a more responsible young man with things like mowing, trash duties, and helping a neighbor,” Adrieanna stated. T

he proud mom states that her son loves and participates in several sports activities. The pair also attends a local church, where she volunteers with small children. Adrieanna said she already likes some other homeowners and is learning their stories.

“Habitat has supported my journey; everyone is friendly and helpful,” she stated.

“I look forward to continuing to help others build their dreams –none of this would be possible without God.”
