OKLAHOMA CITY — Oct. 17, 2025 — REI Oklahoma has released a new video spotlighting Central Oklahoma Habitat for Humanity (COHFH) Chair/CEO Ann Felton Gilliland, who recently received the organization’s top honor — the Wes Watkins Vision Award — during the Dream BIG Oklahoma community awards banquet held Oct. 7 at the Grand Casino in Shawnee.
The short video celebrates Gilliland’s 36 years of leadership and her transformative impact on affordable housing across Central Oklahoma. It recognizes her as a visionary whose work has strengthened communities, expanded economic opportunity and inspired others to serve.
According to REI Oklahoma, “The Wes Watkins Vision Award closes out Dream BIG Oklahoma each year by recognizing a leader whose vision has grown into lasting impact—one that strengthens communities and fuels Oklahoma’s economy.
