Building Homes in Central Oklahoma

At Central Oklahoma Habitat, we are often found breaking ground!

In the greater Oklahoma City metro area, we currently have a few infill lots available in northwest Oklahoma City as well as Blanchard.

Most of our building efforts are currently focused at Cornerstone Creek in far northwest Oklahoma City. We are actively taking homeowner applications. There are already more than 30 homes in various stages of construction in Cornerstone Creek, so get in on the excitement today!

With 37 years under our tool belt, and with 1,113 houses built to date, Central Oklahoma Habitat has become a major homebuilder in Oklahoma City, constructing some 35 houses a year. Our work in land development and homebuilding puts us in the top 10 of Habitat for Humanity International’s 1,400 affiliates. Of course, none of this would be possible without the thousands of generous donors, sponsors and volunteers who show up to support our efforts each year.
